Rise Education Group ("we") handles the personal information collected through consultation requests as follows, in line with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act.
1. What we collect and why

The website has no accounts or sign-in; we only receive what you enter in the consultation form. Access records (such as IP address and time) may appear in our hosting provider's logs.
2. How long we keep it
We keep requests for 1 year from the date of the request and then delete them. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we do so right away, unless another law requires us to keep it.
3. Children under 14
If the student is under 14, a parent or legal guardian must submit the request and give consent.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except where the law requires it.

If you'd rather your information not be transferred abroad, please email us instead of using the form.
6. Your right to refuse
You may decline to give consent. Without consent to the required items, we can't accept a request through the website.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your information at any time by contacting the person below.
8. Deletion
Electronic records are deleted in a way that can't be recovered.
